With a motto Investigate – Participate – Celebrate, the Festival promotes and celebrates learning of all kinds across all age groups, abilities and interests.

BORDEAUX – A VIRTUAL VISIT
Join Matthieu Nivard for the first in a series of talks from staff at Alliance Française de Cork during festival week. Matthieu takes you on a virtual walk through the southern city, exploring Bordeaux’s famous landmarks, tense history, speciality food, rich culture & famous faces. Une vrai experience française not to be missed!

An in-depth look into two lesser known, but equally beautiful & interesting, French cities: Tours in the Loire Valley & Caen in Normandy, by natives from each area. Explore the food, history, monuments, culture & more of these dynamic & vibrant cities. Talk by Alliance Française teacher Marie Thevenin & Cultural Assistant, Anousha Bonnemaison.
