Chasing butterflies is a new body of works by Nell Collins that comprises of acrylic on canvas with mixed media.
The theme of the pieces refers to the chase of the ephemeral : chasing love, chasing elements that cannot be caught but just touched for a moment before they slip away to be again just out of fingertip reach.

Internationally known Artist, Darlene Garr, has been painting professionally for over 30 years and boasts collectors from all over the world. She has lived in Paris and the South of France as well as Brussels, Switzerland and the Netherlands. “I have always had an affinity for all things French”, says Darlene. “I speak the language so I go to Paris, as often as possible, for inspiration and to bask in its elegance and beauty”.
A Canadian figurative painter and engraver of Irish origin, Dorothy Christie has been living and working in France for a considerable number of years.
She is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art, where she studied painting, drawing and printmaking.
