- Students must be on time for on-site or online lessons.
- Students must be respectful of all other students and staff.
- Students must respect the environment of the Alliance Française de Cork premises and the property of others. Restitution must be made for damage caused to Alliance Française de Cork property or the property of others.
- Taking photos or recording, either in whole or part, of classes, whether online or on-site, is not permitted.
- Disruptive or anti-social behaviour online or on-site (including, but not limited to, bullying or discrimination of any form, being noisy, rude, aggressive, sexually suggestive, violent, under the influence of drugs/alcohol) will not be tolerated.
- Any discipline issue concerning a student under 18 will be reported by the teacher to the Management who will then contact the student’s parent/guardian. The Management reserves the right to expel a student.
- Students must not act in a way which causes injury or a risk of injury to themselves or any other person while on Alliance Française de Cork premises.
- Students are responsible for their own property while on Alliance Française de Cork premises and should retain their belongings with them at all times. Alliance Française de Cork shall not be held responsible for articles lost or stolen.
- Students under the age of 12 years must be supervised at all times while on the premises of Alliance Française de Cork (except while they are in class).
- During online classes with students under the age of 12, a parent/guardian must be present.
- During online classes with students under the age of 18, all participants must have their camera on during the roll call at the start of the class.
