Nora CALLANAN Nora CALLANAN is President of Alliance Française de Cork, Ireland since 1992 and Cork French Film Festival Director since 1997. Awarded Chevalier des Palmes Académiques (1993) and Officier de l’Ordre National du Mérite (2007) by the French Government for her work and achievements in fostering Franco-Irish bonds in the cultural and educational field and for her commitment in the development of Alliance Française de Cork over the years. Paul CALLANAN Paul Callanan studied film at Cluain Mhuire, Galway’s Film College and continued his education with a degree course in Post Production at Ravensbourne College of Design in London. He works as a producer, director, camera operator and editor making music promos and documentaries. He has curated the festival for the last seven years. |

Vytene LAUCYTE Cork French Film Festival Manager and Marketing Manager at AFCork Vytene LAUCYTE, has a BA degree in Philology from University of Vilnius, Lithuania. She completed her Erasmus year in the Arts Department, University College Cork , joined the Alliance Française de Cork in 2005 as Cultural and Festival Co-ordinator and now is Cork French Film Festival Manager as well as AFCork Marketing Manager. Vytene also works as an EFL teacher (CELTA, DELTA) and community translator/interpreter. Vytene is currently doing a Diploma in Digital Marketing with DMI, Dublin. |
